Among the mysterious, and unkown

cynthia wa sitting in the library of L.A. and she was enjoying a good book. she was sitting in a window enjoying the sun and her book. cynthia leaned back agianst the window frame enthrolled with what she was reading. it was a mystery novel. a new one about the diffrent races that had just been uncovered. cynthia finished the book and put it back on the shelf. cynthia started browsing the books hoping to find another book she could read before she would have to leave to get back to her motel room.

A short woman walked into the library, making a lot of noise in the deserted building. First was the opening of the doors, the ringing of the bell, then came the continuous tap and pads of her walking, staff sheathed so that the blade was hidden and gem glimmering in the sunlight. When she reached the front desk, she spoke in hushed tones to the attendant and then the manager, politely speaking to them, and sighed after the manager shrugged. The woman sighed and sat down in a nearby chair, tapping her fingers on her jeans.

A man in white clothes seems to walk inside with his hands in his pocket and a sword at his side, he seemed frusterated and looked as if he didn't even want to be there, as he walked down to the lady at the desk and asked her quietly where the section where teenagers usually check out books from, she told him where and he began to walk towards it, as he reached that section of books only a few shelves away from the woman who was sitting in the chair, he began to look for a book. "Sai do you ever shut up? I know you can yell as loud as you want But I can't even really raise my voice in here" He said sighing greatly at the sword at his side while he searched the book shelf for a book.

cynthia quickly turned down an isle in the library carrying four diffrent books and ran into some guy in white clothes. cynthia dropped the books and they made a loud bang as they hit the floor in the library. cynthia looked over at the librarian who was giing her the evil eye and smiled apologeticly and at  the other person sitting by the desk cynthia then turned to the person she ran into and apologized. "im sorry. i didnt mean to run into you." cynthia started gathering the books. one went under the right book shelf another under the left one at her feet and the last one behind the guy she ran into.

Alex would quietly look at the girl "No, no it's my fault, I should've been paying attention to my surrondings better... If I had that wouldn't have happened" Alex said as he bent down to help her pick the last book up, "Oh by the way, my name's Alexander, Or alex for short, or just call me Arkz really, any of the 3 work..." He says to her smiling, He then heard Saimax speak, which she could not "Hey, hellooo, How much longer do we have to be here, I know you promised to get a book but even so... I hatethese kind of places.." All alex did though was his the sword with his elbow.

cynthia smiled back at arkz :thank you, and honestly it wasnt your fault. i shouldnt have been carrying all the books and walking as fast as i was. uhm alex. cynthia put her hand out for alex to shake im cynthia and i dont know how i missed you with the white cloths and the sword. which is pretty cool by the way."

Alex let out a heavy sigh, "DAMN RIGHT I'M COOL! I'M A 4000 YEAR OLD SWORD! WHO IS SO FAR INDESTRUCTIBLE MWHAHAHA!!!" Saimax yelled at the top of his lungs, but only Alex could hear him, "Yeah... He's cool... to a point... Its called Saimax, but you wouldn't believe me,,, but it can talk... and its around 4000 years old... but it's annoying as hell let me tell you..." he lets out a small laugh. "Oh and it's a pleasure to meet you Cynthia" He finishes shaking her hand with a smile.

Arch's ears twitched in the near silent library, picking up the conversation with relative ease from long practice. She sighed, "Idiot..." She mumbled. Only an idiot would disclose their powers to a stranger. She shrugged to herself and continued to wait.

"huh. a talking sword?" cynthia smiled "that would be cool to check out sometime." cynthia kept smiling and started to walk away. cynthia stopped and turned back to arkz "oh yeah. uhm you should really watch your wallet when you leave the library." cynthia smiled once more and put the books on a random shelf and started to leave the library.

The bell rang at the front desk, and Arch opened her eyes, moving quicklyto the desk, grabbing a large object wrapped in silk and carrying it between her arm and chest, giving the librarian a gold coin and wink, she quickly left the building, holding her hand in front of her eyes as the sun hit her.

As Alex slowly sighed after Cynthia left, he slowly began walking away and exiting the library, he then took one deep breathe and began walking, heading back to the motel Mei had found for them, He then quietly looked up to the sky watching it not noticing the strange thief that came up behind trying to snatch his wallet but was caught by a man behind, as Alex stopped for a second he remembered what the girl said, about his wallet as he reached for it, but he couldn't find it though he didn't look very deep into his pocket.. "That girl... She must've been the one who took it... oohhh I'm sooo gonna get her now..." Alex said to himself as he quickly began asking patrons around the Library which direction she went, as they told him she went in one direction he began running that way instantly. "If you run to fast you'll get sick" Saimax commented, but Alex ignored him, the thoughts going through his head were that this girl had stolen from him, and that she had his deepest secret unknowing that his wallet really laid inside of his pocket.
